My cooking started young — in family kitchens with Brazilian roots, then in restaurant kitchens where the discipline took hold. Sixteen years later, the love is the same; the craft is sharper.
The work today is more personal. Instead of a busy line, it's one table — your table — and the menu is built around the people at it. European traditions, Mediterranean influence, and the kind of fresh handmade food that doesn't survive at scale.
I live and work in Oakland Park and serve clients across Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, and select South Florida areas. Every event begins with a conversation and ends with the table you imagined.
