My Story

A neighborhood chef with restaurant hands.

My cooking started young — in family kitchens with Brazilian roots, then in restaurant kitchens where the discipline took hold. Sixteen years later, the love is the same; the craft is sharper.

The work today is more personal. Instead of a busy line, it's one table — your table — and the menu is built around the people at it. European traditions, Mediterranean influence, and the kind of fresh handmade food that doesn't survive at scale.

I live and work in Oakland Park and serve clients across Fort Lauderdale, Broward County, and select South Florida areas. Every event begins with a conversation and ends with the table you imagined.

Custom quotes are based on guest count, menu, location, and service style. Menu planning, ingredient sourcing, preparation, and basic cleanup of the cooking and preparation area can be included as part of your custom quote.

FAQ

Questions I hear most.

How far in advance should I book?

Two to four weeks is ideal for weekends and holidays. Last-minute requests are welcome and I'll do my best to accommodate.

What's the ideal guest count?

Four to twelve guests is where the experience is at its best. Events up to twenty are welcome. Larger gatherings up to thirty can be considered depending on location, kitchen access, and service needs.

Do you bring everything you need?

Yes — I bring the ingredients, tools, and prep needed for your menu. We'll confirm your kitchen setup ahead of time.

What about cleanup?

Basic cleanup of the cooking and preparation area is included. Full event cleanup, dishwashing, servers, and bartenders can be added upon request.

Can you accommodate dietary needs?

Yes — allergies, vegetarian preferences, gluten-free requests, and other special considerations are accommodated upon request. Kosher-style requests can be discussed; certified kosher preparation is not guaranteed unless arranged separately.
